The Connector is not an official website, application, department or service of the Nigeria Revenue Service, Manager.io, any Merchant Buyer Solution provider, or any other government agency or third-party platform unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

The appearance of third-party names, terminology or integration references on this website does not by itself mean that such organisation has sponsored, endorsed, certified or approved the Connector.

2. No Government Representation

Adib Tech Team does not represent itself as the Nigeria Revenue Service or any government authority.

The Connector is designed only to assist businesses in using Manager.io with supported Nigeria e-invoicing workflows and applicable third-party infrastructure.

Official tax, e-invoicing, registration, compliance or regulatory information should be confirmed through the relevant government authority or authorised service channel.

3. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Names including Manager.io, NRS, MBS, Selar, DigitalOcean, GitHub and other third-party names, trademarks, logos or service descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.

References to these services are made solely to describe compatibility, integration, payment, infrastructure or operational relationships relevant to the Connector.

4. Nature of the Connector

Manager.io Nigeria E-invoice Connector is a technical integration tool.

Depending on the registered business and configuration, the Connector may assist with functions such as:

• Manager.io onboarding;
• TEST and PRODUCTION configuration;
• Sales Invoice processing;
• Credit Note processing;
• NRS IRN write-back;
• NRS QR Code write-back;
• payment-status synchronisation;
• subscription administration; and
• technical integration support.

5. No Guarantee of Government Acceptance

Use of the Connector does not guarantee that a particular invoice, Credit Note, registration, taxpayer record, transaction or submission will be accepted by NRS, MBS or any third-party system.

Acceptance may depend on matters outside the Connector's direct control, including:

• the accuracy of customer data;
• the status of the taxpayer or business;
• the validity of credentials;
• required classifications and codes;
• third-party validation rules;
• regulatory requirements;
• availability of external systems; and
• changes made by the relevant service provider.

6. No Guarantee of Tax or Regulatory Compliance

Successful processing through the Connector does not by itself guarantee that a business has satisfied every tax, accounting, invoicing or regulatory obligation applicable to it.

Each business remains responsible for determining and complying with its own legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

7. No Tax, Legal or Professional Advice

Information provided on this website or through the technical interface is intended to explain the Connector and its operation.

It should not be treated as a substitute for professional:

• tax advice;
• legal advice;
• accounting advice;
• data-protection advice;
• regulatory advice; or
• official guidance from the relevant authority.

Where professional advice is required, users should consult an appropriately qualified adviser.

8. Customer Data Responsibility

The business using the Connector remains responsible for information entered into Manager.io and submitted for e-invoicing processing.

This includes the accuracy of:

• Seller TIN;
• business information;
• buyer or customer information;
• invoice dates and references;
• items or services;
• quantities and prices;
• tax calculations;
• country codes;
• currencies;
• HSN or service classifications;
• unit codes; and
• other information required for processing.

9. TEST Environment Disclaimer

TEST or SANDBOX processing is intended for testing, configuration and verification purposes.

TEST IRNs, QR Codes, statuses or other results should not be confused with official live records.

10. PRODUCTION Environment Disclaimer

PRODUCTION processing should be used only after the registered business has:

• the appropriate live registration or enablement;
• valid PRODUCTION credentials;
• successfully tested its PRODUCTION profile; and
• confirmed that it is ready for genuine live processing.

The user initiating a PRODUCTION transaction is responsible for confirming that the intended document should be submitted to the live environment.

11. Third-Party Service Availability

The Connector depends on services and infrastructure operated by third parties.

Functionality may therefore be affected by:

• Manager.io updates;
• NRS/MBS maintenance;
• API changes;
• TLS or certificate changes;
• hosting-provider maintenance;
• internet or network outages;
• DNS failures;
• payment-provider outages;
• credential changes; or
• other external events.

Adib Tech Team does not control the continuous availability or functionality of independent third-party systems.

12. Software and Regulatory Changes

Nigeria e-invoicing requirements, third-party APIs, Manager.io functionality and other technical requirements may change over time.

The Connector may therefore require updates, configuration changes or maintenance to remain compatible with such changes.

We may update the Service where reasonably necessary to maintain security, functionality or compatibility.

13. IRNs, QR Codes and Status Information

IRNs, QR Codes and status information displayed or written into Manager.io are based on information processed or returned by the relevant integration workflow.

Users should investigate any inconsistency before repeatedly submitting the same document.

Where an invoice already has an IRN or indicates a submitted status, users should normally confirm the existing transaction status before attempting another submission.

14. Payment Status

Payment-status synchronisation does not replace proper accounting records in Manager.io or the business's own responsibility to reconcile payments.

Users remain responsible for confirming that the underlying payment evidence and Manager.io balance are correct.

15. Screenshots and Demonstrations

Screenshots shown on the public website are provided to demonstrate the type of workflow available through the Connector.

Demo business names, transaction amounts, invoice numbers, IRNs, dates, statuses and other displayed information may be illustrative, anonymised or taken from controlled test activity.

A customer's actual interface or results may differ according to its Manager.io configuration, MBS/NRS environment, subscription status and transaction data.

16. Pricing Information

Pricing displayed on the website is intended to represent the current publicly offered plan at the time it is displayed.

Future pricing may change. The applicable price should be confirmed at the point of purchase or renewal.

17. External Payment Services

Where payment is completed through Selar or another external payment provider, that provider operates its own checkout, payment-processing and privacy arrangements.

Adib Tech Team does not request a customer's card PIN, online banking password or other credentials that should remain exclusively between the customer and its payment provider.

A link does not necessarily mean that Adib Tech Team controls or endorses all information contained on the external site.

Users should review the terms, privacy policies and security practices of external services before using them.

19. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect the Connector and sensitive tenant configuration, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for protecting their own Manager.io credentials, devices, email accounts, MBS/NRS credentials and other access information.

20. Technical Support

Adib Tech Team may provide technical guidance relating to setup, configuration, processing and troubleshooting of the Connector.

Technical support does not transfer responsibility for the customer's accounting records, tax compliance or regulatory decisions to Adib Tech Team.

21. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise that the Connector will always be available without interruption, delay or error.

Planned or emergency maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

22. Limitation of Disclaimer

This Disclaimer should therefore be interpreted together with applicable law and our Terms of Service.

23. Changes to This Disclaimer

This Disclaimer may be updated to reflect changes in the Connector, third-party services, applicable law or operational practices.
